Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web site, choose the products that you wish to buy, click order now, where you can pay online with credit card.
If you pay with credit card, we will ask you for the credit card holder's address and you will be given the opportunity to state your delivery address if it is different to the card holder's address. You then continue to a secure page, where we will ask you for your credit card details. These details will only be known to the merchant bank handling the payment. After completing this section, you will be sent a confirmation of order.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta).
You may send your credit card information also via phone or fax.

Security
Your credit card transactions are handled by Protx, one of the market leaders in secure online transactions. The transfer of the purchase details from the retailer's site to Protx are encapsulated using Protx's own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. Any communication between the shopper and Protx is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit encrypted sessions.
Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "cardholder not present" environment by their card issuers. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Our prices include UK VAT of 15% - Due to the recent reduction in VAT our prices across the site have been lowered by 2.5% passing this entire saving on to our customers.
Guarantee and Warranty
All our products carry a standard manufacturers warranty. If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@scldirect.co.uk
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order from the moment you order up to 7 days following the day you receive your goods. We will refund the sales price excluding the postage and packing within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you. Please email info@scldirect.co.uk or phone 0114 255 6643 to arrange an RMA number to return the goods. You will need to return the goods at your cost to us within two weeks following the cancellation, unless you have advance replacement insurance. Should the goods not be returned within these two weeks, we will collect the goods and deduct the direct costs of this return from your refund. Any returns within the UK must be directed to:-
